Parts & Services Manager – Czech republic / Slovakia

Responsible to manage all After Sales activities (Parts & Services, Market Quality and Service Network) in their own Market with the aim to provide “First Class Service” and to hit the After Sales Contribution Target.

Country P&S Manager reports hierarchically to Country Manager and functionally to the Region Parts & Services Manager

Requirements

  • University Technical degree
  • 3-5 years previous work experiences in after sales business /focus on heating, HVAC, white goods or similar/
  • Very good technical skill
  • Pro active approach, autonomy initiative, results orientation
  • Planning, organisation and communication
  • Relationship management, dynamic personality
  • Team-player in a small team; ability to work independently
  • English Knowledge.
  • PC knowledge (office applications, Excel advanced)
  • Preferably knowledge and /or experience in Heat Pumps business residential

Task

Optimize and improve local Service Network, finding new service partner and introducing corporate standards, communication and relationship care; training of their service technicians

  • Contribute in Parts & Services Business definition
  • Propose P&S yearly Budget turnover and Forecast follow up, supervision of sales targets
  • Define MSRP (Market Suggested Retail Pricelist) and Discount management in line with Corporate guidelines
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction score
  • Manage and improve Quality KPIs (i.e.: Call Rate and Warranty Cost) based on Corporate Objectives, Monitor and highlight the risks related to failures
  • Technical support of Partners /electrical water heating, heating gas boilers and heat pumps; residential/, technical documentation of the products
  • Ensure the applicability of technical solutions in the Network;
  • Development of the Connectivity segment /training, troubleshooting, remote intervention/
  • Define and controls P&S KPIs aimed at achieving corporate objectives
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction score and deepen client relationships
  • Leverage on Service Centers Network to secure/increase Ariston Thermo Group finished goods Business
